Steve

Is there a problem with the server or some sort of recurrent down-time?  I've been pretty much unable to access the site via the web during daytime or early evening hours.

No server issues that I'm aware of...I have been able to access the site at any time.  Has anyone else had an issue?

The problem is getting worse and seems to be AOHell-related.  Go figure!

From within their browser, they claim to open the site, but all I get is a blank, white screen.  In order to get in, I have to go out of AOHell and open another IE browser screen, using AOHell only as a carrier.

Oh, yeah, the new way is even slower if that's possible.

No real alternative - my computer-non-savvy better half insists on AOHell for her email and shopping
